Primary Skills: 
Well versed with Microsoft office like excel, word, ppt etc..
Good communication skill in English
Good mail writing skills
Should be a team player
Flexible to work in shifts
Have the ability to co-ordinate with various stakeholders in the organization
Roles & Responsibility
Would be responsible for assigning calls in Tech Mahindra helpdesk to support engineers
Would be stationed as L0 support for Tech Mahindra internal applications
Good communication skill in English
Should co-ordinate between support engineers and end users in order to resolve the INCIDENTS
Should reply in mails to users about their INCIDENTS
Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 P.A
Education:UG -Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.A - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce, B.Sc - Any Specialization
PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization,
