Job Description:
Aditya Birla Group is hiring candidates for the post of Customer Service Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Consistent delivery of 100% accuracy across wide range of activities amid rapidly changing processes, diverse organizational guidelines , adaptation to regular extended working hours, seasonal & un predictable spike in volumes with limited or no system validations.
- Maintaining confidentiality of information and documentation despite lack of infrastructure and support
- Operating multiple systems (in excess of 15) despite server band width and connectivity issues
- Handling Sales behavior effectively in order to ensure compliance to internal and external guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate from any stream
Preferred skill:
- Good communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skill
- Strong attention to detail in editing content and deep dive and identify root causes of issues
- Good at problem solving, data analysis and troubleshooting issues related to content editing
- Good interpersonal skills to manage ongoing relationships with program team and inter operations teams
- Working knowledge of XML standards would be an added advantage
