Job Description:
Shell is hiring candidates for the post of Associate IT Operations Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Works under routine direction, uses some discretion in resolving problems or enquiries. Works without frequent reference to others.
- Designs testing process, documentation standards and ensures proper test representation. Ensures test scripts reflect end-to-end processes and intended system usage. Supports the process of classifying issues and documenting issue resolution.
- Uses Industry Standard tools for accepting, managing and resolving issues identified during testing.
- Has some interaction with business stakeholders to clarify systems requirements and business processes, incorporating them into the testing process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree from any stream
Preferred skill:
- Strong and proven problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment, fast paced and handle planned and unplanned responsibilities
- Influencing and showcasing stakeholder management skills
- Working with both in-country and remote teams
- Being competent in the English language (both written and verbal)
- Experience in Workday, HR Functions, and other ERP Systems is advantageous
