About HDFC Bank : HDFC Bank Limited is an Indian banking and financial services company headquartered in Mumbai. It has installed 430,000 POS terminals and issued 23,570,000 debit cards and 12 million credit cards in FY 2017. It has a base of 1,16,971 permanent employees as of 21 March 2020.
HDFC Bank provides a number of products and services including wholesale banking, retail banking, treasury, auto loans, two-wheeler loans, personal loans, loans against property, consumer durable loan, lifestyle loan and credit cards. Along with this various digital products are Payzapp and SmartBUY. HDFC Bank merged with Times Bank in February 2000. This was the first merger of two private banks in the New Generation private sector banks category. Times Bank was established by Bennett, Coleman and Co. HDFC Bank Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification:
- Full Time Graduate with a minimum graduation percetage of 50% or a final year student awaiting results
- You should not have any relatives working with HDFC Bank or enrolled in the Rising Bankers Program or Future Bankers Program
- You need to be between 21 and 26 years of age of age as on 1 Jan 2022
- You should not have any pending legal cases in any court of law
Note: Candidates who are currently employed with HDFC Bank or its subsidiaries are not eligible to apply for this program. Once you have registered for the Rising Bankers Program, you cannot register again for 6 months
Selection Process:
The selection will be through a multi-stage selection process comprising of:
- Registration
- Online Aptitude Test
- Personal Interview
The Online Assessment which is an aptitude test covering following sections:
- English Language
- Quantitative Ability
- Personality Test
- Sales Aptitude
Note: As part of the selection process, all candidates are expected to clear an online assessment, for which they need to pay an assessment fee of ₹550/- which will be collected directly by SHL India Pvt. Ltd. and no part of such fee is being collected by or on behalf of HDFC Bank.
