- Call each advertiser/agency who has signed up on the portal but have not executed the campaign
- Help the user complete the journey on the platform by explaining about the D+H offering and features of the platform
- Have a sales-centric mindset while solving user problems
- Troubleshooting of queries about the platform and how to move forward
- Document all conversations in a well-explained manner
- Coordinate with the internal teams to handle technical questions
Qualification required:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate
- Past experience in Marketing/Sales is preferred.

- Should be fluent in speaking in English/Hindi and writing in English
- Be able to document all conversations in an articulate manner
