Job Description:

DRDO is hiring candidates for the post of Apprenticeship.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate Apprentice Trainees:

    • B.E/ B.Tech in Electronics and Communication/ Computer Science/ Mechanical/ Electrical from a statutory University or an Institution.

    Diploma Apprentice Trainees:

    • Diploma in Engineering or Technology in Electronics and Communication/ Computer Science/ Mechanical/ Electrical /Civil disciplines from a recognised Institution/ State Board of Technical Education

    Note: Only those candidates who have passed the qualifying examination in 2020 or later can apply. 

    Technician (Vocational) Apprentice Trainees:

    • ITI in Machinist / Fitter /Turner /Electrician /Welder /Electronic Mechanic / Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA) / Mechanic Motor Vehicle (MMV) disciplines with a valid certificate issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).

Age Limit (As on 17 March 2024): 

  • Minimum Age Limit – 18 years
  • Maximum Age Limit – As per the provisions of Govt. of India. 

DRDO Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:

  • Candidates will be selected by shortlisting online applications based on academic merit and verifying the documents.
  • Eligible candidates must bring a self-attested copy of the documents mentioned below & their original certificates, and the printout of the online application form during document verification/joining.
