GlobalLogic is hiring candidates for the post of Service Desk Technical Analyst.
Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in .Net framework, C#, ASP.Net & MS SQL Server
- Strong understanding of OOPS concepts.
- Understanding Web Services and Web API
- Quick learning and listening abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- knowledge in software engineering – Software development life cycle.
- Fair knowledge of software development process – Agile / Scrum (Added advantage)
- Good attitude and aptitude.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification : BCA/B.Sc. IT, CS ONLY
- Streams: CS/IT
- Year of Passing: 2019/2020/2021/22
- Percentage & CGPA : 55% And above
- Salary Details (Mandatory): 4.26 LPA
- Gap in Education (Allowed or Not Allowed): 1-year gap in education is allowed. No current Backlogs
Preferred skill:
- Knowledge of how to use computer and basic awareness of Microsoft tools like word, excel etc.
- Communication (Oral/Written)

- Problem Solving/DecisionMaking
- Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills.
